Short Lived

Short Lived is a 4 piece emo band hailing from PHX, AZ. The band was originally started by Forest Walldorf formerly of (Sundressed, A Blackbird En Route, Adult Feelings) with drummer Zak Koehnlien in the Summer/Fall of 2019.

Forest having just had his newborn son with his wife Echo (bass) in October of 2019 wrote many songs about the loss of friends, the struggles of COVID, becoming an father, and remaining hopeful/optimistic about the future.

10 of these songs culminated into Short Lived’s debut LP titled “Love to Give” which is set to be released June 28th, 2024 with Hidden Home Records

Zak Koehnlien moved back home to Kansas City, Missouri in the Summer of 2022, and Zoe Liberman-Martin joined on drums shortly after along with Rob Dinuto (Flowerbeam) on lead guitar.

Rob departed Short Lived July of 2023, and eventually Tanner Norquist (Not Nearly) joined on lead guitar to round out the band’s current lineup.

Short Lived has played some of these songs live since February of 2020, but this will be the first time the full length LP will be played live in full.

Forest and Echo have more songs in the pipeline, and plan on writing, recording, and releasing a Short Lived EP as soon as possible. The married couple also play in the PHX emotional hardcore band Bite the Hand which has been pretty active, so it’s all a work in progress.

Thank you all so much for the continued love and support. I am beyond excited to present you with our debut LP “Love to Give."

Diva Bleach

Diva Bleach is a sparkly pop-rock band consisting of vocalist/bassist Sydney Roten and guitarist Brie Ritter from Phoenix, AZ. Wearing their hearts on their sleeves, the girls share stories of heartbreak, friendship and more through their songs with diary-like honesty. The duo met while taking music lessons together as teens and quickly became good friends, which led to them creating Diva Bleach as an outlet to express themselves.

This year Diva Bleach will join Sad Summer Fest on select dates, sharing the stage with Mayday Parade, The Maine, The Wonder Years, We The Kings, Real Friends, Knuckle Puck, Hot Milk, and Daisy Grenade. In the past they have played alongside artists such as Sleeping With Sirens, Hawthorne Heights, Bayside, Tessa Violet, The Front Bottoms, Turnover, The Regrettes, and more.

Streletzia

Strelitzia is a unique group outfitted with life-long friendships; the four band members Skylar Bankson (lyrics, guitar, vocals, horns), Jacob Howard (guitar), Hunter Hankinson (bass), and Kyle Porter (drums) have known each other since high school, and have played together as Strelitzia for a decade now. After quickly releasing the first 5 songs they wrote as an EP in 2017, they started to truly refine their songwriting and laid the groundwork for their upcoming LP Winter, all the while continuing to play shows opening for some of their scene's bigger names (e.g. Invalids, Elephant Gym, Home is Where, Oolong, glass beach, Via Luna, awakebutstillinbed). Blending their disparate influences and inclinations, and playing with the same group for so long, has led to a sound that could not have been found with any other group. This album, 7 years later, is the culmination of this creative melding, becoming something charmingly quirky and undeniably unique. This record may have been crafted over the course of nearly a decade, but it has the weight of a life’s work.
