Artists

Comfort Club

Los Angeles-based Comfort Club is an indie pop/rock artist, channeling honesty in gut-wrenching lyricism that takes every listener on a journey through love and heartbreak, forging a community out of his lonely moments. Sonically, he epitomizes modern soft-rock with silky guitar and effervescent melodies, drawing comparisons to his favorite artists like John Mayer, Death Cab for Cutie, and Del Water Gap.

In May of 2024, Comfort Club released his debut album “Fear Of Moving On” featuring eight songs that are fully self-produced as well as co-productions with Lyncs and longtime producing-partner Atlas In Motion. The singles garnered press support from indie mainstays Fashionably Early and Tongue Tied as well as earning radio play on KCRW and Sirius XMU Discovery. Comfort Club accompanied the album with a 16-date fully-DIY tour spanning 13 states across the United States including a sold-out final date at Mercury Lounge in New York City.

His catalog prior to the album release featured production collaborations with undeniable rising stars like Ritt Momney and Christian French. His catalog has collected over 3.7 Million streams and counting, while also landing him on Spotify playlists like “Indie Pop” and “Undercurrents” as well as earning him a spot in the Fresh Finds Class of 2021, further proving he is truly an artist to watch in years to come.

btchcraft

btchcraft is the indie-pop alter ego of Los Angeles-based singer songwriter Julz LaMantia. Although btchcraft only released her first songs in 2023 (the provocatively named, shoe-gaze track "likes it rough", and the indie rock, California themed "sunburnt", closely followed by the synth-pop, dark wave single "sweet tooth") Julz is no stranger to writing and performing locally in her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. As a teenager she fronted the myspacecore, pop-punk band Clouds Take Shape. When the group disbanded, she continued to write and play locally but faced mental and emotional roadblocks that prohibited her from releasing songs. It was only after she adopted the persona "btchcraft" that she was able to command the confidence of fully leaning into her craft as a solo artist. Her self-produced EP "BEDROOM POP" which was recorded/produced/mixed in her bedroom studio, will release on 9/15/24. Calling this project the hardest and most authentic piece she has ever worked on, it was important to her to be able to prove to herself her musical and technical abilities and also overcome her fear of vulnerability and her self-critical virgo nature by releasing a record that was in her full creative control. The single "Favorite Color" will drop first on 8/31 which was written in a songwriting workshop with Kimbra in an organization called School of Song.  It's a synth-pop jam with distorted guitar accenting the chorus, for fans of MUNA, Maggie Rogers, and boygenius.
