Kaveh is a founding member of the GRAMMY nominated new music quintet Kneebody. As Winter and Winter recording artists, Kneebody completed an album of arrangements of Charles Ives compositions with singer Theo Bleckmann and released the recording "12 Songs of Charles Ives" which has been nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Classical Crossover Album.

Kaveh is also a member of the band of Italian singer songwriter and rock musician Luciano Ligabue and the Seattle based power trio THRUSTER! As well as the 70 piece hip hop orchestra Dakah, Chewy Puma, Small Medium and Large, The Ditty Bops, Cee Lo, Bruno Mars, De La Soul, Laura Pausini, Noemi, Giusy Ferreri, Jesca Hoop, Nels Cline, Sam Sparro, Esthero, Antibalas Afro Beat Orchestra, Joshua Radin, Melissa Ferrick, guitarist Arik Marshall, Keaton Simons, Greg Kurstin's Action Figure Party, The Calling, Dave Fiuczynski, Carla Bozulich and Wayne Horvitz. Kaveh plays bass and writes music too. In the years since moving from Rochester, New York by way of Denver, Colorado by way of Montreal, Canada, Kaveh has enjoyed success playing music in the greater Los Angeles area. Kaveh is a founding member of the GRAMMY nominated new music quintet Kneebody. With Luciano and band, Kaveh has appeared in concerts tours ad videos as well as on his albums "Setti Notte in Arena" and "Arrivederci Mostro". He is also a member of singer songwriter Colin Hay's touring and recording band. Kaveh is also a member of the Seattle based power trio THRUSTER! featuring Timothy Young and Matt Chamberlain. Myrlin’s work is grounded in both hip-hop and the literary arts. Myrlin was named the Arizona Humanity’s Council’s Rising Star Award recipient for his work as a youth advocate and teaching artist. Over the better part of a decade Myrlin has performed for and worked with well over a hundred thousand Arizona youth, and tens of thousands of youth across the nation.

Myrlin has released two hip hop mixtapes and has performed his music internationally. Most notably he was featured on NPR’s Alt Latino podcast and has shared stages with the likes of Saul Williams and Mexican hip- hop mega-giant, Cartel De Santa.

Myrlin’s origins emerge from the rural landscapes of New Mexico and Idaho and have firmly planted themselves in the metropolis Phoenix, AZ where he first began his career as a professional artist and has lived since adolescence. His work as an educator and artist is reflective of his experience as a Chicano man and often aimed at critiquing, exposing, and commenting on identity, and systemic injustices.

In 2011 he earned his degree in English at Arizona State University where he studied poetry and has since given talks and performances at numerous universities and colleges around the nation, including every major university in Arizona, Michigan State University, The University of Puget Sound, Bread Loaf School of English and many more.
